All products/systems have a warranty period, this varies by product, and is included in sales documentation.
We have dedicated service engineers in Australia and New Zealand with extensive knowledge of our product portfolio. Product returns are logged in out RMA system and repaired or replaced as required. Our service engineers are qualified to PCB level, and in most cases can repair products cost competitively.
For issues on site for larger systems, our team can attend and support as required.
An onsite commissioning service is also available for complex systems.
